بيان بمناسبة يوم الشباب العالمي
الاسراع بتشكيل الحكومة احترام لأرادة الشعب وضمان لمستقبل شباب العراق
منذ 17 ديسمبر/كانون الأول عام 1999، تبنت الأمم المتحدة توصية قدمها المؤتمر العالمي للوزراء المسؤولين عن الشباب بعد اجتماعهم في لشبونة في الثاني عشر من أغسطس/أب 1998. وبموجب هذه التوصية، تقرر تخصيص 12 أغسطس/أب من كل عام ليصبح اليوم الدولي للشباب. ويهدف هذا اليوم إلى تشجيع الشباب على المزيد من المشاركة في صناعة قرارات المستقبل. ففي هذا اليوم تجتمع المنظمات والهيئات الحكومية وغير الحكومية مع ممثلي الشباب من كل أنحاء العالم، ليناقشوا القضايا والمواضيع المختلفة التي تخص بناة المستقبل. وينتهي اللقاء بأجندة عمل مستقبلية، تركز على نقاط عملية محددة. وتتنوع هذه المواضيع، من توفير فرص العمل للشباب إلى الصحة والبيئة ومشاركة الشباب في التنمية ومحاربة الفقر.
ان الحديث عن يوم الشباب العالمي هو الحديث عن واقع الشباب العربي المتدهور من جميع النواحي وخاصة في الواقع العلمي والثقافي وذلك في ارتفاع نسبة الجهل والامية المنتشرة بين الشباب وخاصة في العراق اضافة الى العديد من المشاكل الاجتماعية كالبطالة والتسرب من الدراسة والهجرة خارج البلاد وانتشار حالات الانتحار بصور مروعة وغيرها من الظواهر كاللجؤ للارهاب والتجارة بالمخدرات وعصابات السرقة مع صمت الحكومة وتغاضي الجهات المعنية وضعف دور وزارة الشباب على مدار الاعوام السبعة التي تلت سقوط الدكتاتورية، فلم تعمل هذه الجهات لوضع خطة وطنية تعالج من خلالها واقع الشباب.
نحن اليوم نحتفل بيوم الشباب العالمي الذي لا يعرفه اغلب الشباب بسبب غياب ثقافة حقوق الانسان عن جميع العراقيين وخصوصا فئة الشباب. ان شبيبة العراق وهم يحتفلون مع شباب العالم بيومهم العالمي يطالبون مجلس النواب المنتخب بالضغط على قادة الكتل السياسية والاسراع في تشكيل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية للخروج من حالة الاستعصاء السياسي التي تهدد العملية الديمقراطية ولحماية العراق وشعبه. ويناشدون كافة المعنيين والمسؤولين للوقوف الى جانبهم والاهتمام بواقع شباب العراق من خلال اعطاء الاولوية لقضايا الشباب ووضعها على طاولة النقاش للخروج بخطة وطنية شاملة تعالج الكثير من المشاكل التي تقف عائقا امام مستقبلهم واهمها القضاء على البطالة من خلال توفير فرص العمل المناسبة لملايين الخريجين من خلال العقود التي تبرمها الدولة والحكومة مع الشركات الاستثمارية العراقية والعربية والعالمية، وتشغيل الشباب العاطلين عن العمل في كافة المجالات بزجهم في دورات تاهيلية مجانية لتوظيفهم في مجال الصناعة بقطاعيها العام والخاص ،وتوفير مستلزمات النجاح في مجال الزراعة بتطوير الشباب الفلاحين وزيادة خبراتهم والاستفادة من امكانياتهم حتى تعود الزراعة لتسد حاجة البلد. تحية الى شباب العراق وشباب العالم في يومهم العالمي ودمتم للنضال من اجل بناء مستقبل العراق الجديد

Statement on the occasion of World Youth Day
Accelerate the formation of the Government to respect the will of the people and ensure the future of the Iraqi Youth
Since 17 December 1999, the United Nations adopted the recommendation by the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth after their meeting in Lisbon in the twelfth of August 1998. Under this recommendation, decided to allocate 12 August of each year to become the International Day of Youth. The day aims to encourage young people more involved in making future decisions. On that day, meet organizations and governmental bodies and non-governmental organizations with youth representatives from all over the world, to discuss various issues and topics pertaining to the builders of the future. And ends with the meeting agenda for future action, focusing on the points of a specific operation. These range of topics, from providing employment opportunities for young people to health and the environment, youth participation in development and fighting poverty.
Talking about the World Youth Day is to talk about the reality of young Arab deteriorating in all respects, especially in the reality of scientific, cultural, and in the high rate of ignorance and illiteracy are widespread among young people, especially in Iraq, in addition to many social problems such as unemployment and school drop-out and migration out of the country and the prevalence of suicide pictures appalling and other phenomena Kalljw of terrorism and drug trafficking gangs and robbery with the government’s silence and overlook the concerned authorities and the weakness of the Ministry of Youth over the seven years that followed the fall of the dictatorship, did not they work to develop a national plan for dealing with which the reality of young people.
Today we celebrate World Youth Day, which most young people do not know because of the absence of a culture of human rights for all Iraqis, especially young people. The youth of Iraq, they celebrate with the youth of the world are demanding Biomanm World Council of Deputies elected by clicking on the leaders of political blocs and speed up the formation of a government of national unity out of the difficult and threaten the political democratic process and to protect Iraq and its people. And appeal to all stakeholders and officials to stand by them and interest by young people of Iraq by giving priority to youth issues and put them on the table out a plan and a comprehensive national address many of the problems that stand in front of their future, most notably the elimination of unemployment by providing employment opportunities for millions of alumni through the decades concluded by the State Government with investment companies, the Iraqi and the Arab world, and operation of the unemployed youth in all areas Bzjhm in training sessions free of charge to employment in the industry public and private sector, providing the prerequisite for success in agriculture, the development of young farmers and increase their experience and take advantage of their potential to return agriculture to meet the needs of the country.
